$10 Registration Fee covers each Quilter (not per quilt). Entry Fee can be paid in the following ways:

  • Online (using PayPal links below)
  • By check made out to SOQS sent to the business office address: 220 S. Ash St. Ste #4; Sisters, OR 97759
  • Via credit card over the phone.
  • Quilt registration is not complete until Entry Fee has been received.

Important Dates:

General:

May 31: Last Day to Register in the General Show
June 17-23  Sponsor Quilt Drop off
June 24-July 1:  Quilt drop off or shipped quilt delivery.

Shipping:

Please ship your quilts to arrive June 19 to June 31st.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that quilts received after June 31st will be hung in the show.

June 24 – July 12: 10 am – 4 pm daily from .

Exceptions:
July 4th: Closed.
Saturday, July 8: Closed.

Quilt Pick up dates & times:

Sunday, July 9: Open 8:30am – 2pm 
Monday – Wednesday, July 10 – 12: 10 am to 4 pm.

Return Shipping of Quilts

Quilts shipped domestically (USA) with pre-paid return shipping will be sent via UPS Ground starting Monday following the show. Multiple quilts will be sent together as one shipment when possible.  Quilts are shipped UPS Ground, SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Return Shipping UPS Signature Required is a $4.00 fee you must prepay. If you choose to have your quilts delivered without a signature, you will need to send a written notice stating it is ok to ship without signature required, or to initial that portion of the electronic registration form that indicates you are waiving signature required. 

SOQS is  NOT be responsible for quilts after they have been delivered and left at your address.

$100 Shipping Insurance is included in the $15 shipping fee. Any additional insurance is optional (your choice) and also must be prepaid.

All quilts are shipped by Wednesday following the show.  If you pre-paid for return shipping for a quilt that is sold, we will refund your shipping when we send your payment for the quilt.

 

Event Office Directions:

Quilt Pick up dates & times: Sunday, July 10, 8:30 am to 2 pm;
Monday – Wednesday, July 10 – 12, 10 am to 4 pm.

The Ash Street address is NOT where you deliver your quilts in person. Please bring your quilts to the Quilt Show Office.

Quilt Drop Off information will be posted in June 2017

Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Show EVENT OFFICE  between June 24th & July 1st.

Office hours are 10 am to 4 pm every day (closed July 4th).

Quilt Show Office location yet to be determined. Information will be posted as soon as possible, generally by May 2017. The Show Event  Office opens June 24th,  2017.

Quilt Pick Up information will be posted in June 2017

Quilts can be picked up from the EVENT OFFICE beginning Sunday, July 9th through Wednesday, July 12th, 2017.

There is no quilt pick up on Saturday after the show.

Sunday hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm; Monday – Wednesday, 10 am to 4 pm.   We will happily return ship your quilt(s) for pre-paid shipping of $15.00 per quilt.
