$20 Registration Fee covers each Quilter (not per quilt). Entry Fee can be paid in the following ways:

  • Online (using PayPal links below)
  • By check made out to SOQS sent to the business office address: 220 S. Ash St. Ste #4; Sisters, OR 97759
  • Via credit card over the phone.
  • Quilt registration is not complete until Entry Fee has been received.

Please ship your quilts to arrive June 29 to July 6.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that quilts received after July 6th will be hung in the show.

The physical location of the Event Office is DIFFERENT than the address to which you SHIP your quilts.

Return Shipping of Quilts (scroll down for pay button)

Quilts shipped domestically (USA) with pre-paid return shipping will be sent via UPS Ground starting Monday following the show. Multiple quilts will be sent together as one shipment when possible.  Quilts are shipped UPS Ground, SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Return Shipping UPS Signature Required is a $4.00 fee you must prepay. If you choose to have your quilts delivered without a signature, you will need to send a written notice stating it is ok to ship without signature required, or to initial that portion of the electronic registration form that indicates you are waiving signature required. 

SOQS is  NOT be responsible for quilts after they have been delivered and left at your address.

$100 Shipping Insurance is included in the $16 shipping fee. Any additional insurance is optional (your choice) and also must be prepaid.   All quilts are shipped by Wednesday following the show.  If you pre-paid for return shipping for a quilt that is sold, we will refund your shipping when we send your payment for the quilt.

Quilt Drop Off information:

Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Show EVENT OFFICE  between June 29 & July 6.

Office hours are 10 am to 4 pm every day (closed July 4 and July 14).

Quilt Pick Up information:

Quilts can be picked up from the EVENT OFFICE beginning Sunday, July 15th through Wednesday, July 18th, 2017.

There is no quilt pick up on Saturday after the show.

Sunday hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm; Monday – Wednesday, 10 am to 4 pm.   We will happily return ship your quilt(s) for pre-paid shipping of $16.00 per quilt.
