Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show™
is the largest outdoor quilt show in the country and has become an
internationally recognized event in the quilting world. The one-day
show and week of associated events draw at least 15,000 visitors to
Sisters and Central Oregon. In addition to dedicated quilters and
those interested in the art of quilting and sewing, the show brings
many people who come for the spectacle of hundreds of quilts hung
throughout the western-themed town, and for the shopping, beautiful
scenery and activities in the region.
An economic impact survey completed by
Central Oregon Research Services in 2009, revealed direct
expenditures of $2.4 million in the Sisters area during the Quilt
Show. Multiplier analysis shows that this income generates the
equivalent of 35 jobs in the region. To see the complete report,

sponsorship contributions is critical to the continuation of the

Quilt Show is always on the second Saturday of July.
